1. What is the shipping policy?
To best serve the various needs of our customers we offer different products from various vendors. Una Luna is committed to sourcing high quality products for the best value. Most of our vendors ship from the U.S. but we do support a global economy with some products shipping from overseas. Therefore each product has it’s own shipping options from free shipping to express USPS. Please carefully review shipping options before you purchase. You can also find general shipping tables below:

Shipping Policy for All Una Luna Signature Products
During checkout, you can select between a few different shipping options, such as the following:

|USPS Priority (2-3 Days)||$8.00|
|USPS Express (1-2 Days)||$27.00|
**We do not ship on weekends. Orders typically ship out the next day, however in some cases it may be 2 days. Keep an eye out for an email with your tracking information!

2. What is your refund policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the product can be proven damaged during shipping, or to have a quality control issue or to be inoperable upon receipt. In order to process a refund, you must submit photo verification of the damaged item, an order receipt and a brief description of the problem within 3 business days of delivery.
